Essentia Health's Nurse Care Line seeks a licensed RN to provide triage and health advice by phone, documenting calls in real time and handling prescription refills per protocol. You may assist with patient transfers and transitional care for discharged patients, using ambulatory software.

The role includes an evening shift (1:00 PM start) with remote work options, and requires current RN licensure in ND, MN, or WI and ability to obtain licensure in all three states within three months.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in ND, MN, and/or WI at hire.
• Ability to obtain RN license in all 3 states within 3 months.
• Evening shift hours starting 1:00 PM.

Aufgaben

• Provide triage and health advice by phone using evidence-based protocols.
• Document calls electronically in real time.
• Process prescription refills per primary care refill protocol.
• Assist with coordination of patient transfers from referring facilities.
• Participate in transitional care calls for discharged patients.
• Support ambulatory computer software systems.
