Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our 24/7 remote triage team. You’ll provide telephone triage, document in EHRs, and support clinicians across multiple states from home.

The role requires an active Compact license (eNCL), 2–4 years in ER/urgent care, and willingness to obtain additional licenses. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and protocol-based decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered nursing license; compact licensure preferred.
• 2–4 years of full-time RN clinical experience, ER/urgent care preferred.
• Experience with telephone triage and EHR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls for multi-state triage service.
• Apply Schmitt-Thompson protocols to assess and triage patients.
• Document interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal per protocol.
• Assist providers with referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-ups.
• Support RPM programs: monitor vitals and educate on disease management.
• Screen for clinical trial eligibility and educate patients.
• Collaborate with hospitals, skilled facilities, and agencies as needed.
