Job summary

Call 4 Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our 24-hour medical call center as Remote Triage Nurses. You will triage patients by phone, document interactions in EHR systems, and provide clinical assessments across multiple states.

A Compact license is required, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of RN experience (ER/urgent care, adult, pediatric, ambulatory care, or ICU) and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 2–4 years of RN clinical experience (ER/urgent care, adult/pediatric/ICU).
• Active RN license (Compact license preferred).
• Experience with telephone triage and multiple EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound/outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Use Schmitt-Thompson protocols to assess and triage patients.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal per protocols.
• Assist with administrative/clinical tasks including refill requests and referrals.
