Job summary

Allina Health is seeking an experienced RN for Group Daytime Triage. This fully remote role (with orientation) requires 0.8 FTE and a 32-hour workweek in a day shift, with every 4th weekend/holiday rotation and on-call considerations.

Licensure in MN is required, with cross-trained skills in refills and anticoagulation support. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of RN experience, strong triage skills, and comfort with telehealth nursing.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current license in Minnesota.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience.
• Experience or comfort with triage and remote nursing support.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized nursing triage and patient assessment.
• Support outpatient and home care services with evidence-based nursing planning.
• Document nursing diagnoses and care plans per guidelines.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and health care team.
