Qualifications

• RN with active MN/WI license.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience.
• Proficiency in set up and usage of computer technology including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care support for centralized nursing program, outpatient and home care services.
• Triage services, Anti-coagulation, and refill.
• Work in an outpatient clinic setting.
