Call 4 Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for remote triage roles. You will perform telephone-based triage, document interactions in EHR systems, and provide clinical assessments while supporting providers across multiple states.

The role emphasizes clinical decision-making, patient education, and RPM participation from a home office with HIPAA-compliant setup. A compact license and strong nursing background are required.

Qualificações

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 2-4 years of RN clinical experience, preferably in ER/Urgent Care, Adult, Pediatric, Ambulatory Care, or ICU.
• Prior telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems.
• Active, unencumbered e-NCL / Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service.
• Utilize triage protocols to assess and triage patients.
• Document patient interactions accurately in client EHR systems.
• Provide clinical assessments via phone or patient portal based on protocols.
• Support providers with administrative and clinical tasks, including medication refills and referrals.
• Collaborate with hospitals, nursing homes, and government agencies as needed.
• Participate in Remote Patient Monitoring programs, including vitals monitoring and patient education.
• Screen and qualify patients for clinical trials and provide education.
