Qualifications

• Active multi-state RN license is required.
• Must reside in a Compact State.
• National certifications CCM, CRC, COHN, or CRRC preferred.
• Workers' Compensation Case Management experience valued.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management services to help patients navigate their healthcare journey.
• Ensure quality care while promoting positive outcomes and cost-effective solutions within URAC CMSA standards.
• Collaborate with a remote team and support patients and employees across the care continuum.
