Job summary

Crawco is seeking a compassionate RN Telephonic Case Manager for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will coordinate case management following URAC and CMSA standards while promoting quality care and cost-effective outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an active multi-state RN license, reside in a compact state, and have or pursue national certifications (CCM/CRC/COHN/CRRC). English/Spanish bilingual abilities are required.

Qualifications

• Active Multi-State RN License is required.
• Must reside in a Compact State.
• National Certifications CCM, CRC, COHN or CRRC are preferred.
• Workers' Compensation Case Management experience is valued.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• You'll provide impactful case management services that help patients and employees navigate their healthcare journey.
• Work within URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA Guidelines to ensure quality care and cost-effective solutions.
