Job summary

Crawford is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to join our Orlando region team. This role combines work-from-home with local field travel to coordinate medical case management across diverse insurance lines.

You will utilize URAC standards, CMSA guidelines, and Broadspire QA to deliver cost-effective care. A valid RN license and national certification are required, with workers’ comp experience a plus.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification required (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRC).
• Workers’ compensation case management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services in a cost‑efficient manner.
• Support patients and employees with benefits under Workers’ Comp, Group Health, Disability, and Care Management.
• Ensure alignment with URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA Guidelines.
