Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking an RN Case Manager in the Miami, FL region. This role involves a mix of work-from-home with extensive local field travel to support medical case management under URAC and CMSA guidelines.

The ideal candidate has an RN license, national certifications (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, COHN) and 1–3 years of diverse clinical experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. Travel ~70% and driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification required (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Active RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Reviews case records and analyzes data to support RTW decisions.
• Provides proactive case management within URAC CMSA standards.
• Maintains contact with claims adjusters and employers to coordinate services.
• Coordinates travel and field visits to support case resolution.
• Ensures timely documentation and QA compliance.
• May perform site evaluations to facilitate the process.
• Participates in referrals for peer reviews and IMEs.
