Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking an experienced RN Telephonic Case Manager for a 100% remote role in the United States. The position emphasizes compliant case management within URAC standards, delivering cost‑effective solutions and timely documentation.

The role requires an active RN license, multi‑state eligibility, and preferred URAC certifications. Candidates with Workers' Comp experience and a BSN are valued and encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Must reside in a Compact State.
• URAC-approved certifications preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, or CRRC).
• Workers' Compensation case management experience is highly valued.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services that help patients navigate healthcare journeys.
• Adhere to URAC standards, CMSA Standards, and Broadspire QA guidelines.
• Meet administrative requirements including productivity and QA standards.
• Coordinate RTW with injured workers, employers and physicians.
• Gather and analyze data to improve trends, processes and outcomes.
• Establish collaborative relationships with claims adjusters, employers and attorneys.
