Job summary

Crawford & Company in California is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to join our team in the South Los Angeles County area. This remote role includes local field travel to assess and coordinate patient care.

You will manage medical cases under workers’ compensation, group health, liability and disability programs, delivering care consistent with URAC standards and CMSA guidelines. A valid RN license is required; national certifications (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN) are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services in a cost-effective manner following URAC standards and CMSA practices.
• Support patients/employees with benefits under Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability and Disability programs.
