Job summary

ISYS Case Management is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager (RN, RN-BC) to operate remotely from Tampa or surrounding areas. You will provide telephonic case management for injured workers, coordinating care with providers, carriers, employers and attorneys.

The role emphasizes rapid documentation, CMSA-aligned processes, and professional communication. Compensation ranges from $88,000 to $140,000 annually with a bonus program, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN-BC certification is required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken/written).
• Valid State Driver’s license and car insurance (250/500 coverage).
• Ability to learn new technologies and use MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management within workers’ compensation.
• Coordinate care and communicate with providers, carriers, and attorneys.
• Attend medical appointments and document communications per CMSA guidelines.
• Develop and implement action plans for return to work and cost containment.
• Communicate status and treatment plans to Claims Professionals.
