Job summary

Appone is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager - RN (remote, must reside in Orlando or surrounding areas). The role focuses on professional case management for injured workers, coordinating care, and communicating with insurers, providers, and attorneys.

Opportunities include in-person medical appointments as needed and performance bonuses. The compensation range is $88,000.00 to $140,000.00 annually, with a flexible schedule and the potential for bonus earnings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• RN-BC certification required.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Proficient in Windows/MS Office; able to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Telephonic case management of assigned workers’ compensation cases.
• Autonomous management of caseload and scheduling.
• Provide virtual case management via videoconference and teleconference.
• Coordinate attendance at telemedicine appointments with providers.
• Communicate treatment plans and recommendations to all parties.
• Support return-to-work plans and cost containment for customers.
• Maintain CMSA guidelines and ISYS procedures.
