Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a Registered Nurse to support the FuzeRx Central Operations telehealth care team by providing remote outreach to Medicare members and ensuring compliance with a Stars measure, including confirming ED discharge.

The role requires a BSN, an active compact-state license, 2+ years of RN experience, and ~1–2 years in a remote healthcare or telehealth setting. Full-time benefits and a remote-friendly schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN license active in one compact state
• Experience in remote/telehealth settings preferred
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills in high-volume settings
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative care team

Responsibilities

• Telehealth patient care and support via telehealth platforms
• Conduct virtual patient assessments including histories and symptoms
• Document patient conditions, histories and care interactions
• Educate patients and families on conditions, meds, and self-care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws
• Engage in continuing education on telehealth protocols and best practices
