Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a Registered Nurse to support the FuzeRx Central Operations telehealth care team. This remote role focuses on ensuring Medicare member compliance with a new Stars measure and confirming ED discharge success, with additional HEDIS measures as needed.

Requirements include a BSN, active RN license in a participating state, 2+ years of RN experience, and 1–2 years in remote/telehealth settings. Strong EMR skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN required.
• Active, non-restricted nursing license in a participating state.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• 1–2 years in remote health care or telehealth strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills and EMR familiarity.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills in high-volume settings.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote telehealth patient care via telehealth platforms.
• Conduct virtual patient assessments including medical histories and current symptoms.
• Accurately document patient conditions, histories, and care interactions.
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and privacy standards.
• Pursue continuing education to stay current with telehealth practices.

• No travel required.
