Job summary

Sagility is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor to lead a team of telephonic Registered Nurses supporting a Specialty Pharmacy program. The role emphasizes operational leadership, quality, and compliance in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure, 3+ years of clinical experience, and a track record in coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Training, Compliance, HR, and IT.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse license required.
• RN license in good standing and eligible for compact license.
• Minimum three years of clinical RN experience; leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy, telephonic nursing, or healthcare contact center operations preferred.
• Experience supporting remote, hybrid, or geographically dispersed teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance and workflow for telephonic Registered Nurses in the Specialty Pharmacy program.
• Provide real-time guidance on workflows, documentation, patient interactions, systems navigation, escalation pathways, and processes.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, adherence, quality, service levels, and queue performance.
• Ensure team readiness at shift start, including system access and schedule adherence.
• Support onboarding, nesting, production transition, and stabilization activities for ramp readiness.
