Job summary

Sagility LLC is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor to lead a team of telephonic Registered Nurses supporting the Specialty Pharmacy Initial Clinical Engagement Program. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards while delivering high-quality patient and caregiver experiences.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted US RN license required.
• Minimum three years of clinical RN experience; leadership/mentorship experience preferred.
• Experience with remote/telephonic nursing, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare contact centers preferred.
• Compact license or multi-state licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and workflow for the telephonic nursing team.
• Provide coaching and performance management to nurses and drive quality and productivity.
