Job summary

Sagility is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor to lead a team of telephonic Registered Nurses supporting the Specialty Pharmacy Initial Clinical Engagement Program. You will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, provide real-time guidance, monitor performance, and ensure quality, documentation accuracy, and adherence to standards.

The role includes onboarding, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain patient safety and program efficiency.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical RN experience and 1 year in leadership roles preferred.
• Experience with telephonic clinical operations or care management preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and performance management skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, regulatory compliance, and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership for telephonic RNs in the Specialty Pharmacy program.
• Mentor nurses on workflows, documentation, and escalation pathways.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, quality outcomes, and performance metrics.
• Lead onboarding, nesting, and ramp readiness for new staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and patient experience.
