Job summary

Sagility is seeking a Clinical Training Manager (RN) to lead end-to-end nursing training programs, ensuring clinical accuracy and effective learner outcomes. This role emphasizes coaching trainers, coordinating with client teams, and delivering measurable improvements in readiness and performance.

The position requires a BSN with active nursing licensure, at least 3–5 years in training, and 2+ years in people management within healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing required.
• Active or current nursing license preferred or required by program/client/jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for assigned training programs, ensuring readiness and performance.
• Own class outcomes, learner readiness, and interventions using data.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, WFM, and client stakeholders on performance updates.
• Coach trainers on facilitation, engagement, and performance support; monitor progress.
• Plan refresher and upskilling activities based on performance gaps and priorities.
• Drive knowledge management and use of LMS, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to support learners.
• Maintain documentation, audit readiness, and identify cost-saving training improvements.
