Job summary

Cadence is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead a remote team of nurses managing real-time patient alerts from remote monitoring programs.

You will oversee triage throughput, alert resolution times, and documentation quality to ensure patient safety and provider trust. This role requires an active RN license, 5+ years in triage/remote care, and 1+ year of supervisory experience. Fully remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience in triage, remote monitoring, or chronic disease management settings.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience leading nurses in high-volume environments.
• Experience evaluating clinical quality, triage decision-making, escalation accuracy in alert-driven workflows.
• Strong operational management experience with metrics like alert volume, throughput, and staffing coverage.
• Experience managing remote teams including scheduling and PTO coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a remote team of RNs and LPNs reviewing real-time patient alerts.
• Monitor queue performance, alert resolution times, throughput, and staffing coverage.
• Conduct clinical audits and chart reviews to evaluate triage quality and documentation accuracy.
• Provide coaching and performance management to improve clinical judgment and productivity.
• Partner with RN managers on escalation pathways and workflow optimization.
• Support hiring and onboarding by evaluating triage readiness and communication skills.
• Contribute to patient care during high volume periods.
