Job summary

Impact Recruiting Solutions seeks an experienced RN Health Care Facility Surveyor in Montana for nationwide support. The role involves conducting on-site and remote surveys of health care facilities to ensure compliance with Federal standards, leading or contributing to survey teams.

The position requires an RN license, CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training, SMQT, and at least two years of surveyor experience, with up to 75% travel and a fully remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Must have successfully completed CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the SMQT.
• Must have at least two years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve long-term care residents.
• Must maintain current RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys of Medicare-Medicaid certified facilities to determine compliance with Federal regulations.
• Prepare for surveys with off-site prep, facility tour, observation of care, record reviews, and staff/family interviews to verify compliance.
