Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking an RN Health Care Facility Surveyor for nationwide surveys in a remote-capable role with frequent travel. The position supports CMS regulatory compliance across long-term care facilities and related settings.

Competenze

• Must have CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed SMQT.
• Must maintain current RN licensure.
• Minimum two years of experience as a surveyor for long-term care facilities.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Mansioni

• Conduct on-site surveys of Medicare-Medicaid facilities to determine compliance with Federal regulations.
• Prepare and perform off-site reviews, tours, observations, interviews, and record reviews.
• Evaluate quality of care and residents’ rights, and identify deficiencies.
• Communicate non-compliance issues and support corrective action planning.
• Lead or participate in survey teams and training as needed.
