Job summary

Sagility in the United States is seeking a Training Manager (RN) to oversee the end-to-end delivery of clinical training programs and ensure learners achieve readiness and performance outcomes. You will align training with client experience, stakeholder expectations, and operational targets through coaching and oversight.

The role requires a nursing background to ensure clinical decisions are accurate, relevant, and aligned with role-specific clinical expectations.

Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor’s degree and active license required.
• 3–5 years of training experience; 2+ years people management.
• Experience in healthcare operations and performance improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for training programs ensuring readiness and quality.
• Coach trainers on facilitation, learner engagement, and clinical accuracy.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and client stakeholders on performance updates.
• Plan refresher/upskilling interventions based on data and outcomes.
• Leverage LMS and analytics to improve support and performance monitoring.
• Maintain documentation, audit readiness, and cost-efficient training execution.
