Job summary

Tuesday Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead field-based clinical staff in Massachusetts and work with the Manager of Clinical Operations to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and drive quality improvement across territories.

The ideal candidate has a BSN, MA RN license, 5+ years of nursing, and 2–3 years of supervisory experience, with strong leadership and data-driven problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Knowledge of value-based care principles and population health.
• Data-driven quality improvement and performance monitoring.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance oversight to field-based clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
• Coordinate and oversee patient care activities with interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage staff scheduling for coverage and continuity of care.
• Support onboarding, training, and professional development.
• Address patient and family concerns and advocate for quality care.
• Monitor clinical quality indicators and implement improvement initiatives.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to workflow optimization.
• Ensure accurate documentation and records management.
• Maintain knowledge of nursing standards and healthcare regulations.
• Serve as liaison between field staff and health plan care managers.
• Verify documentation of all patient interactions and interventions.
• Participate in after-hours call schedule via phone.
• Perform other duties to support operational and clinical excellence.
