Job summary

Tuesday Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead field-based nursing staff within Clinical Operations. This remote role requires Massachusetts residency and reports to the Manager of Clinical Operations, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care that aligns with value-based care principles.

The role involves supervising clinical teams, coordinating care, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining compliant documentation across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in MA, or multi-state compact.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in palliative or value-based care.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience overseeing clinical teams.
• Experience with value-based care and population health concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance oversight to field-based clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
• Coordinate and oversee patient care activities with interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage staff scheduling for coverage and continuity of care.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Address patient and family concerns and advocate for quality care.
• Monitor clinical quality indicators and implement improvement initiatives.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to workflow optimization and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient interactions and interventions.
• Stay current with nursing standards and healthcare regulations relevant to value-based care.
• Serve as liaison between field staff and health plan care managers.
• Verify documentation accuracy of all patient interactions.
• Participate in after-hours call schedule.
