Job summary

Activate Care in Massachusetts seeks an RN Manager to lead a distributed team of RN Supervisors and Home Health Assessors across the state. You will build supervisory capability, standardize clinical quality practices, and ensure timely, complete assessments for a managed care health plan.

This leadership role requires strong coaching, audit oversight, and collaboration with QA, privacy, and care management teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MA (or higher, e.g., NP).
• BSN degree required.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience, including home health or community-based assessment work.
• Minimum 2 years supervising RN Supervisors or multi-team nursing operation.
• Strong QA, audit, and compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop RN Supervisors; set performance expectations and growth plans.
• Oversee field-based assessments and ensure timely, quality documentation and audits.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Coordinate with QA, privacy, and care management and manage escalation paths.
