MES Solutions is seeking a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator (RN) to support peer review case reports from home, in a fully remote role based in Norwood, MA. This position features a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with two late shifts and rotating weekend coverage, offering work-life balance while contributing to high-quality outcomes for client programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active nursing license.
• Two years clinical or related experience.
• Knowledge of insurance/claims management.
• Strong medical terminology knowledge.
• Must type 40 WPM
• Proficient with Word/Outlook/Excel/Internet.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA reviews of peer review reports and addendums.
• Provide evidence-based rationales for recommendations and determinations.
• Ensure client instructions and specifications are followed.
• Ensure reports include current, reputable clinical citations.
• Assist in resolution of client complaints and quality issues.
