Job summary

MES Solutions is seeking a self-driven Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator in a fully remote role, Monday through Friday. You will review peer reports, ensure accurate clinical citations and references, and verify client instructions and compliance with state and federal mandates.

Candidates should have an active RN license and at least two years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN nursing license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy & physiology, medications, and labs.
• Proficient computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, internet.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA review of peer review reports and addendums.
• Ensure evidence-based rationales support recommendations and determinations.
• Verify client instructions, specifications, and questions are addressed.
• Include current clinical citations and references from reputable journals.
• Check reports for format, accuracy, and professional appearance.
