Job summary

MES Solutions is seeking a self-driven RN or LPN to join as Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator. This 100% remote role focuses on reviewing peer reports, ensuring accuracy, and aligning with client agreements, regulatory standards, and state and federal mandates.

You will work Monday–Friday with potential weekends. The team emphasizes quality, confidentiality, and timely delivery of evidence-based reports, using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN nursing license required.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program; bachelor's preferred.
• At least two years clinical experience or related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications and lab values.
• Able to perform basic math and data entry.

Responsibilities

• QA review of peer review reports and addenda.
• Provide evidence-based rationales for recommendations and determinations.
• Ensure client instructions and specifications are followed.
• Cite clinical references and verify sources.
• Maintain high-quality report format and accuracy per standards.
• Ensure appropriate board specialty review per client specs.
• Verify no reviewer conflicts of interest.
• Assist in resolving customer quality issues.
• Ensure ERISA and state mandates are followed.
• Provide guidance to management on quality/compliance.
