Job summary

MES Solutions is seeking a self-driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join our remote team as a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator. You will ensure peer review reports meet the highest quality and regulatory requirements while aligning with client agreements.

This 100% remote role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with EST hours. You will review reports, provide evidence-based rationales, ensure proper citations, and maintain confidentiality across states and federal mandates.

Qualifications

• Active RN nursing license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications and laboratory values.
• Excellent English usage, grammar, punctuation and style.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports, correspondences, addendums or supplemental reviews.
• Provide clear, concise, evidence-based rationales in support of recommendations and determinations.
• Ensure client instructions and specifications are followed and questions addressed.
• Ensure reports include clinical citations from reputable journals and publications.
• Maintain high quality, compliant content and professional appearance of reports.
