Job summary

UCHealth Memorial Admin Center in Colorado Springs seeks a PRN RN focused on staff orientation and continuing education. This role develops and delivers clinical training and supports professional development of staff.

You will collaborate with managers to design curricula and deliver education across clinical staff, with travel as needed; 16 hours weekly minimum, daytime hours, and a flexible remote component where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing required; Master's in Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse license required; BLS provider certification.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience; charge nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with managers to assess learning needs and staff competencies.
• Designs, delivers, and assesses learning activities and curricula for clinical competencies and policies.
• Serves as a consultant/mentor for clinical staff in program development and education.
• Participates in new clinical staff orientation and education activities.
