UCHealth Memorial Admin Center in Colorado Springs seeks a PRN RN focused on staff orientation and continuing education. This role develops and delivers clinical training and supports professional development of staff.
You will collaborate with managers to design curricula and deliver education across clinical staff, with travel as needed; 16 hours weekly minimum, daytime hours, and a flexible remote component where appropriate.
This PRN position requires a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week, with availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.mto support operational and staffing needs.

This PRN RN could have their home residence in any of the regions as much of the work is remote/virtual. There will be expected travel as needed depending on duties assigned.
Develops and provides services related to the orientation, continuing education, and professional development of clinical staff.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
