Job summary

Hippocratic AI seeks registered nurses with at least five years of clinical experience to join our remote data annotation team evaluating AI-driven clinical agents. You will review conversations spanning primary care, chronic disease management, care management, medication adherence, and scheduling, labeling for clinical accuracy, safety, and guideline adherence.

The role is a contract position (1099) with 20–40 hours per week and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on clinical experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of evidence-based protocols.

Responsibilities

• Review AI agent interactions for clinical accuracy and safety.
• Score and annotate performance using structured rubrics.
• Identify safety concerns, edge cases, and gaps in reasoning.
• Provide clear written feedback to clinical and product teams.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency.
