Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking U.S.-based inpatient RNs to support clinical AI product development through annotation, review, and model evaluation. You will leverage bedside nursing experience to analyze documentation, contribute to taxonomy, and collaborate with engineers and clinicians to resolve clinical questions.

Remote, independent contractor role with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. Expect ongoing clinical AI product work with weekly payments via Stripe or Wise.

Qualifications

• U.S.-based clinical RN with inpatient bedside experience.
• Ability to review and annotate clinical documentation accurately.
• Comfort interpreting medical records and contributing to model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical annotation, review, and AI model evaluation.
• Investigate user feedback to identify clinical issues and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to taxonomy and guidelines development for clinical products.
• Review inpatient documentation across populations with sound clinical reasoning.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other clinicians to resolve questions.
