Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the United States; compact license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on clinical experience in bedside nursing, case management, clinical quality, or education.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review recorded and simulated AI agent interactions, applying clinical judgment to assess accuracy, safety, and appropriateness.
• Score and annotate agent performance using structured evaluation rubrics.
• Identify clinical safety concerns and provide actionable feedback to clinical and product teams.
