Job summary

Hippocratic AI Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse with 5+ years of clinical experience to join our remote data annotation team evaluating AI-driven clinical agents. You will review agent conversations in primary care, chronic disease management, care management, and scheduling, labeling for clinical accuracy and safety.

The role is remote, contract (1099), with 20–40 hours per week and flexible scheduling. A strong RN license and excellent written communication are required to provide actionable

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on clinical experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of guidelines.
• Ability to review transcripts with attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication for feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review AI agent conversations for accuracy, safety, and guideline adherence.
• Score and annotate performance using structured rubrics.
• Identify safety concerns and gaps in clinical reasoning.
• Provide actionable feedback to clinical and product teams.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency.
