Job summary

Hippocratic AI Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse with 5+ years of clinical experience to join our remote data annotation team evaluating AI-driven clinical agents.

You will review agent conversations across primary care, chronic disease management, and scheduling, labeling for clinical accuracy, safety, and guideline adherence. You will score and annotate agent performance using evidence-based rubrics, identify safety concerns, and provide clear feedback to inform agent refinement.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on clinical experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of evidence-based protocols.
• Comfortable reviewing transcripts with attention to detail.
• Strong written communication for feedback and corrections.
• Able to work independently and meet turnaround expectations.

Responsibilities

• Review AI agent interactions for clinical accuracy, safety, and guidelines.
• Score and annotate performance using structured rubrics.
• Identify safety concerns and gaps in reasoning.
• Provide actionable feedback to clinical and product teams.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency.
