Responsibilities include care coordination, member education, and collaboration with medical professionals. A valid AZ RN license and 2+ years of clinical experience are required. Up to 25% travel within the county.

Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in Arizona.
• 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Must reside in Maricopa County, Arizona.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within Maricopa County.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, document, and communicate utilization/benefit management for members.
