You will coordinate, document, and communicate care within the utilization/benefit management program, applying evidence-based criteria and care planning principles to support members and providers. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in case management, reside in AZ, and can travel up to 50%.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years of case management experience.
• Must reside in Pinal County, Arizona.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within Pinal and Maricopa Counties, Arizona.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
