Qualifications

• 5+ years of nursing experience including at least 1 year in a hospital setting
• Active multistate license via NLC to practice across participating states
• 1+ years of electronic documentation experience
• 1+ years' Oncology experience

Responsibilities

• Telephonic case management with patients and care teams
• Apply criteria and guidelines to assess benefits and needs
• Identify barriers and coordinate with teams to meet goals
• Perform medical necessity reviews
• Actively reach out to members to guide their care
