Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a licensed RN to join American Health Holding, Inc (AHH) as a remote Case Manager. This telephonic role serves across multiple states for fully and self-insured clients, with virtual training and ongoing support.

The position requires strong case management skills, oncology experience, and active licensure. You will collaborate with care teams to assess needs and ensure appropriate benefits and care planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse, including at least 1 year in a hospital setting.
• Active multistate license through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) to practice across participating states; or individual state licenses for each state supported.
• 1+ years' experience documenting electronically.
• 1+ years' experience in Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Telephonic case management with patients and care teams for fully and/or self-insured clients.
• Apply criteria and clinical guidelines to assess benefits and member needs.
• Use motivational interviewing to engage members and assess health status.
• Collaborate with supervisors/colleagues to overcome barriers and meet goals.
• Perform medical necessity reviews.
