The position involves evaluating clinical criteria, applying care management plans, and coordinating with medical teams to optimize benefits and outcomes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of RN experience (including hospital settings), active NLC licensure, and oncology exposure.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with 5+ years of experience, including hospital settings.
• Active multistate license through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) to practice across participating states.
• 1+ years' experience documenting electronically using a keyboard.
• 1+ years' Oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Work as a telephonic case manager for fully and/or self-insured clients.
• Apply criteria, policies and regulatory standards to benefits and member needs.
• Use clinical judgment to reduce risk factors and address complex health indicators.
• Assess information from multiple sources to address all conditions affecting care.
