Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a case management RN to join a remote/hybrid team serving members nationwide. You will coordinate care, review medical necessity, and collaborate with providers and care teams to optimize outcomes.

Expect telephonic case management across states, adherence to clinical guidelines, and documentation in electronic health records. Active multi-state RN license (NLC) is required where applicable, with ongoing virtual training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Active RN license in a compact state or multi-state license.
• Experience in Oncology, Transplant, or Utilization areas preferred.
• Experience documenting electronically in healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephonic case management for clients and care teams.
• Apply criteria and clinical guidelines to assess benefits and needs.
• Use motivational interviewing to engage members and assess status.
• Escalate needs per policy and coordinate across states.
