Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active RN license (NLC if residing in a compact state)
• 1+ year documenting electronically
• 1+ year Oncology experience

Responsibilities

• Work as a telephonic case manager with patients and care teams for fully and/or self-insured clients.
• Apply criteria, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards to assess benefits and member needs.
• Identify barriers and risk factors to support care planning and resolution of member issues.
• Perform medical necessity reviews and engage with supervisors/case conferences as needed.
