Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license in the state of residence.
• 2+ years of clinical RN experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm EST.
• May require multiple state RN licensure after hire.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and coordinate case management activities telephonically.
• Evaluate member medical needs and eligibility for benefits and programs.
• Collaborate with supervisor and care teams; present cases for multidisciplinary focus.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies; engage members effectively.
