The ideal candidate brings 5+ years as a registered nurse, oncology exposure, and an active multistate license (NLC) to support multiple states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' RN experience, including hospital setting.
• Active multistate license via the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) or state-specific licenses for each state supported.
• 1+ years' experience documenting electronically.
• 1+ years' Oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management with patients and care teams.
• Apply clinical guidelines and care plans while assessing benefits and member needs.
• Use holistic approaches to address barriers and optimize care planning.
• Contribute to case conferences and multidisciplinary discussions.
• Engage members and perform medical necessity reviews.
