Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking an experienced RN to join our case management team. This role blends remote work with local field travel to support workers’ compensation, health, disability, and liability claims under URAC standards.

You will review records, coordinate return-to-work, and communicate with adjusters, physicians, and employers while adhering to QA guidelines. The position offers quarterly bonuses and opportunities for ongoing education.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workers' Compensation case management.
• Ability to independently coordinate a diverse caseload of moderate to high complexity.
• Active RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and assist supervisor in staff development.
• Review case records, analyze data, define needs, and provide proactive case management.
• Meet QA standards with minimal supervisory intervention.
• Coordinate return-to-work with injured workers, employers and physicians.
• Review files for claims adjusters and supervisors when needed.
• Travel ~70% to homes, providers, and job sites to facilitate return-to-work and case resolution.
• Prepare monthly written evaluation reports on case activity and progress.
