Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for the Portland, OR region, offering work-from-home with local field travel. You will manage medical case plans, coordinate with insurers, physicians, and employers, and ensure timely return-to-work outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, URAC/National certifications preferred, and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Expect quarterly bonuses, CEUs, and certification reimbursements, with up to ~70% travel.

Qualifications

• RN degree required
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN)
• URAC-certified case manager preferred
• RN licensure in home state (good standing)
• Ability to travel up to ~70%

Responsibilities

• Review case records and data to support RTW decisions.
• Coordinate return-to-work with worker, employer and physicians.
• Maintain contact with claims adjusters and other stakeholders.
• Meet QA standards and manage time productivity expectations.
• Travel up to 70% to home, care providers, job sites and offices.
