Job summary

Crawford & Company, a leading provider of medical case management services, is seeking an RN Case Manager to support Boca Raton and surrounding regions. This role blends work-from-home with local field travel and requires strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration with claims teams.

Responsibilities include managing workers' compensation, group health, and disability cases, ensuring timely return-to-work, QA compliance, and proactive data analysis.

Qualifications

• RN degree required
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN)
• Workers' Comp Case Management experience a plus
• Associate's degree or relevant nursing coursework/certification required; BSN preferred
• RN home state licensure in good standing

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management in a cost-efficient manner per URAC CMSA standards and Broadspire QA guidelines
• Support patients/employees across Workers' Comp, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management
• Coordinate RTW and employer, physician, and injured worker communications
• Maintain QA, productivity, and timely documentation; meet monthly production targets
• Travel up to 70% to homes, health care providers, job sites, and offices
